Friendly host, clean and ample washrooms and good Wi-Fi. No cable but off-air is readily available. Some sites are paved. Would stop here again.

Traveling up I-5, stopped here for the night because I noticed it was a Passport America park. A typical, older campground with limited facilities, but washrooms were clean, staff were friendly and the price included cable TV and WiFi. Sites were a bit sloped but not enough to force me to bring out the leveling blocks for the one night. If I was staying longer I would. All sites and roads are gravel. My length is 44' and I just fit into the pull-through. I would stay here again.

This was an overnight stop on my way to the LA area. Chose this park as it was a Passport America park, but the rate charged was higher than the book rate. Park is very quiet, well away from the highway. Lots of available sites. Washrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Generally it appeared to be a typical RV park.

Spent a week at this park and enjoyed the stay. But as usual, there are pluses and minuses. On the plus side, the park has some very nice amenities, such the pools, a nice restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, a well-stocked RV store, a full spread of hookups and clean washrooms. On the negative side, there can be considerable highway noise due to the nearby freeway. My major gripe, though, is the overpriced internet access. $5.95/day or $19.95/week is just too much. However, the service is quite good, but at that price I would expect a wired network connection or at least the 'N' standard for the WiFi. I may return to Oasis, but I will check out other RV Parks first.

Stayed 2 nights here as a base to visit Bryce Canyon. Got cold enough overnight that the staff warned people to disconnect the water lines. Made sure my water tank had plenty of water. Nice campground with reasonable room between sites and nicely treed rows. There was WiFi, but even with my external booster antenna I could not get a connection. For restrooms, it required going over next to the office. But they clean with well equipped. Cable TV would have been nice, especially this time of the year when it gets dark early and the nights are cool. So I found it a little pricey for what you get, but you can't beat the location. I would camp here again, but I might check the competition out first.

Stayed one night. Park was clean and quiet. A very strong lemony smell was very evident, which the campground staff informed me was the nearby hops processing plant. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

Very quiet in the park when I was there, very few campsites were in use. There is an area with electrical hookup posts that was closed off, it looked very new. My spot did not have any hookups. The sites are large with a sheltered picnic table. The campground is situated right in the middle of the red rock hills. The scenery is just simply awesome. Will definitely come back for a visit.

Stayed here because it was a Passport America campground, but only one night was eligible. Weekend nights are regular rates only. Basic campground with all the usual hookups. Staff are very friendly and the campground is clean. The sites are of ample width with gravel for the site slots and the roads. Some road noise, especially on the front row. Nice views of the surrounding hills. WiFi was good and included in price. 2 miles out of town, but more affordable than the RV parks in Moab. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night so I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. There is a nice lake on-site for swimming and fishing, plus hiking trails. Park was clean. The sites are average, gravel slots with grass beside. Good value, I would stay here again.

Used this campground as the base to visit Monument Valley and the Valley of the Gods, before heading west to Bryce Canyon. The park is your basic campground with gravel sites and roads. But the sites are wide with shade trees between each site. The sites are level and most are pull-through. No park Wi-Fi but I was able to hook into an open network from my site. No cable TV. Good value for the price.

This campground made for a good overnight stopover on the trip from Blanding to Bryce Canyon. Its yours basic gravel field with some grass between sites. But the sites are level, washrooms are clean and the campground is behind a restaurant. No cable and no Wi-Fi. Good value. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location on the ocean, sites are roomy and level. Cost is very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. WiFi is limited to only half of the park, but you can set up a laptop in the dining/rec room. WiFi wasn't working well when I was there. I would definitely return to this campground.

This is a Passport America campground, in fact I joined here and got half off the rate. The WiFi is excellent. The sites are a bit rough, but the spacing is good. There is a swimming pond and a good sized playground for the kids. It is right across from the ocean with beach access. There is also a restaurant on-site. I plan on using this campground again when visiting the area.

Good WiFi, but costs an extra $1/day. The free WiFi is only a single cable drop in the campground store. Sites vary, some are very nice, while others need improvement. The sewer drop at mine was on the highest part of the site so the hose ran uphill. Not a lot of room between sites, again, depends on which site you get. Lots to do for the kids, park is very good in that. I will look around first before returning to this campground or make sure I get a better site.

A very nice park, lots of trees and well-spaced sites. The location is very good and the views are excellent. A well run park. The only black mark is the poor WiFi. Of the several days I've spent there over the past two years, I've only managed to connect once. Even being right below the antenna didn't help. Other than that, it is an excellent RV park. But the lack of WiFi means I'll be elsewhere next time I stay in Nanaimo.
